Bookings are available on weekdays, weekends and public holidays. A meet & greet is required before first-time daycare and boarding.

- Dogs MUST be friendly with other dogs.
- Dogs over 8 months old MUST be desexed.
- A meet & greet MUST take place before the first service.

Pet grooming
Taking bookings, including weekends. Excluding public holidays.

Please note: an additional fee may apply when a coat is exceptionally dirty, unusually long or severely matted. We will discuss this with you before proceeding.
Walking & home visits
Home visits are available for dogs, cats, guinea pigs and chickens, except during the Christmas holiday period.

Which dogs can attend daycare or boarding?
Small dogs under 10 kg are welcome across breeds. Medium dogs from 10–20 kg and larger dogs are accepted selectively. Every dog MUST be friendly with other dogs, every dog over 8 months old MUST be desexed, and a meet & greet MUST take place before the first service. Dogs must also be toilet trained and up to date with vaccinations.
What should I bring?
For daycare, bring a secure lead and collar. For overnight stays, bring food, bowls, a bed or crate, lead and collar. Please tell us about allergies, medication and special routines. Familiar treats and toys are also welcome.
Where do dogs sleep?
Dogs sleep indoors. We agree on a comfortable sleeping area based on your dog's routine and toilet training.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the service can be refunded. Within 48 hours, a non-refundable deposit may apply. Fees are not refundable after a service has started.
