A dog sitter is not only the one who eases the anxiety and prepares the food for your dog. A responsible sitter should understand the characteristics of different breeds, remember the preferences and special needs of different dogs, and have enough knowledge of animal care and behaviour, including first aid, hygiene routine, dog emotion, and environmentally social and sustainable. Your furry kids could learn behaviours from senior dogs and release their nature in a clean, safe, and happy environment.

FAQs
48 hours prior: You can cancel your booking 48 hours prior to the service date without any charge.
0-48 hours prior: You need to pay a non-refundable deposit of up to two service days (for bookings more than two days, minimum fee of one day).
Service started: fees will not be refunded.
Mandatory: Daycare: Leash&Collar
Over night: Food, food bowl, bed/crate, and leash&collar.
Mandatory information: allergy history, medicine, special habit.
Suggested: treats, toys.
We accept any small to medium dogs (<20 kg) that is friendly to our alpha dog (5 yo lab). Your dog is expected to be desexed (1 yo above), fully vaccinated, well toilet trained (no indoor toilet between 11 pm to 7 am), and not a barking artist. For new customers with large dogs, we prefer Labrador, Golden Retriever, -oodle breeds. There is no restriction on the current customers.
Food times vary depending on the owner’s suggestions (usually 1-2 times per day). Unless rainy or at pick-up/drop time points, dogs are outdoors during the daytime for toilets and activities. Thus, your dog will have enough exercise with other dogs and learn behaviours at large. We will send you photos and updates everyday. We do wet cleaning every morning for indoor and outdoor cleaning at least three times per day. For night service, specific toilet times are at 7 am and 11 pm. All dogs sleep indoors unless requested by the owner. Minor contamination on beds in a dog-rich environment is usually inevitable, and there is a risk of damage.
It depends on what they need. You can choose any inside areas your babies like, including bedrooms (well toilet trained requested).
